Sustainability

Sustainability isn't a trend for us. It's our foundation

From zero-waste production to the people behind every stitch, here is how sustainability shapes everything we manufacture, and every uniform we produce for you.

01

Zero fabric waste production

Every scrap of fabric left over from our production line gets a second life. We shred 100% of our textile waste and channel it into upcycled programs, so nothing from our factory floor ever ends up in a landfill.

Responsibly sourced, certified recycled fabrics

We work with an extensive network of suppliers, spanning China, the rest of Asia, and trusted local traders, to source fabrics made from recycled materials that carry internationally accredited recycling certifications. Every item we produce uses materials with a significantly lighter environmental footprint.
03

Every purchase funds our social mission

What makes working with FabricAID particularly unique is that 100% of our revenues are reinvested into our social mission. Through our model, for every USD 100 of profit generated through our production capacity, we support approximately seven families in accessing decent clothing at extremely affordable prices.

Certified & ethically operated

Our facility is both ESG certified and ISO certified, meeting the highest local and international standards. We enforce a strict code of conduct around fair wages, minimum working age, and zero tolerance for harassment of any kind, ensuring our factory operates at the highest ethical standard.

FabricED: training the next generation of tailors

A significant share of our tailors come through FabricED, our social education program for people from extremely marginalized backgrounds. Participants complete a free six-month program of theoretical and hands-on training, receiving a symbolic stipend along the way, and every graduate is guaranteed a full-time job at our facility.
